Thrive Group has completed two migrations of payroll into RECRUSO Payroll, one from Sage Payroll and one from an external payroll provider. The change to a fully integrated pay and bill system using RECRUSO and RECRUSO Payroll has been game changing for our organisation, reducing the payroll process by a day and eliminating duplication and inefficiencies as well as leading to improved control. The API between RECRUSO and RECRUSO Payroll is seamless and the payroll team are still impressed by how quick and easy the process has become.
Post payroll, the reports from RECRUSO Payroll are clear and informative and provide all the information for posting of journals and MI analysis.
I have been part of many implementations of IT systems in the past, but this has to have been the smoothest. Sarah and the RECRUSO Payroll team were meticulous in their planning and ensured all the data was migrated successfully. The training ahead of implementation was extremely helpful and well presented. During the first payment run Sarah was on hand to talk through the process and ensure all the team knew what to do. Having her as front-line support rather than dealing directly with RECRUSO Payroll was invaluable as she knew the recruitment payroll process and how critical it is to ensure the agency workers had no issues with pay.
